Sure thing! And...I'm still learning.
First and foremost would be to put God first.
Second would be to stop trying to please everyone else because I finally figured out that when it comes around to my turn, they sorta forget about me.
Third - that even though I've been before by three different best friends and just got fed up with the idea - I did find a best friend - just didn't know I had to look for her on another continent!
Fourth - to love myself. Once I started doing that, people stopped walking all over me
Fifth - enjoy simple pleasures and immerse myself in them without thinking about the crazy madness going on around me.
