Okay I know this is bad but I don’t tip ever my hubby does when ever we are in a restaurant; I always sty back and pick what he had left as a tip!!!!!! Is there a rule for tipping?

It depends where you are and what country you are in. In England, we don't generally tip, because the wages the staff get are sufficent enough. When we go to America, you generally leave tips, 'cos their wages aren't sufficent enough and depend on getting tips. We do leave tips, but not alot.
