She’s been spending more time in the courtroom than in the recording studio, and now Britney Spears may have yet another legal problem to deal with.
Reports tell that Kevin Federline’s attorney met with Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon on Thursday morning in an in-chambers ex-parte hearing. And while the details of the meeting haven’t been disclosed, there’s plenty of speculation pointing out possible reasons.
Remember back in August when the “Gimme More” singer was involved in the parking lot hit-and-run? She was also charged with not having a valid driver’s license. And if she hasn’t obtained one in the past two months, she could be in serious trouble.
Why, you ask? Well, this past Tuesday, the troubled pop singer was photographed driving a car with her two sons in the back seat. If she’s driving unlicensed with Sean Preston and Jayden James, K-Fed has all kinds of ammo with which to get full custody of the boys.

And now she lost the Custody sa well.

Yeah, the latest I heard was that she just needed to prove she was a licensed driver in CA and had to submit to random drug testing...

I dunno - the media in the states blows things totally out of proportion. And since she's a celeb - they're eating it up like a piece of apple pie. I'm not saying her actions with her kids are ok, but the media there is pathetic...

Ok, here's the latest I just read. She's reunited with her mom, released the video to her new single, "Gimme more" and it's skyrocketed from no. 68 on billboard 100 to no. 3! She also gets supervised visits with the kiddos, but Kevin still holds custody.

I think she's on the right track...

I hope for the sake of her kids
