Potty

My 2.5 year old Frank has been ''working on'' potty training for about 2 months now. Maybe he wasn't totally ready, but in any event, we've been stuck at the same point for awhile now and I would prefer to try to get him fully trained. sometimes he doesn't want to most days. When we take him he almost always goes, and there certainly seems to be no lack of understanding as to how it all works. But-I can't seem to get him to the point where he is not ALSO going in his diapers
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You probably just have to wait until he's ready you can try buying him cute cars track trains boys panties he gets to choose himself and take him to the potty every half hour or so for the next few days. Only use diapers at night and wait until he uses the potty for awhile before trying the go without diapers at night or you will have a disaster.
been there done that with my little one she is 3 and still wets her self at night occasionally.
